1. Order Placement & Verification

By clicking "Order via WhatsApp", you initiate an order request. An order is only confirmed when our customer service team contacts you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify stock availability and shipping address details.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices on the website are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs. / LKR). While we strive for accuracy, errors in product description or pricing may occur. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders containing errors.

3. Delivery & Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) requires you to make full cash payment to the courier agent upon receiving the package. Packages cannot be opened prior to making payment to the courier partner.
